I'm experiencing overheating issues with my 9800X3D—it reaches high temperatures and starts throttling after only a 2-minute stress test. I'm using a Deepcool LE360 V2 liquid cooler. What do you think could be the cause of this?

It’d help to have more details here. What temperatures are you seeing exactly? Is your cooler new or was it recently installed? Those factors can affect performance.
You mentioned it's reaching around 95°C after 2 minutes—that's definitely high for a normal operation. The 9800X3D can run hot, but that seems excessive. How do you know it’s overheating? If it's throttling, that's a sure sign something's wrong.
Have you checked if you left any protective plastic on the cooler or forgot to apply thermal paste? Also, make sure the pump is running properly and not set to a super low speed. That could definitely lead to overheating!
