I've been experiencing some frustrating performance issues with my Alienware Aurora R11. When I first got it, everything ran smoothly in games, but now it seems like the performance has really taken a hit. For example, in Arc Raiders, I'm only getting about 50 FPS during real matches, even though my graphics settings are pretty low. In training mode, I can get around 90 FPS, but it drops significantly during actual gameplay.
What's confusing is that my GPU usage is about 70%, my CPU usage is around 40%, and the temperatures are fine—no overheating issues. Lowering the graphics settings doesn't seem to help with the FPS either, which makes it feel like my PC isn't using its full potential anymore.

You might want to consider reinstalling Windows to see if that resolves the issue. Sometimes, software problems can cause performance dips that a fresh install can fix.
Have you tried cleaning out the dust? Dust buildup can affect performance significantly. If you haven't cleaned it, definitely look up a YouTube video for your model and follow along. It's important to be careful when using compressed air, too. You don't want to spin the fan blades while cleaning, as that can damage them. Also, if you can see any dust on the heatsink, you'll probably need some thermal paste and isopropyl alcohol to ensure everything is cool.
It sounds like your PC might be throttling to keep temperatures in check. If the system is getting hot, it can slow down performance. A thorough cleaning might be the ticket to boosting your frame rates again! If you're uncomfortable doing it yourself, consider taking it to a local shop. They usually charge a fair price and can show you how to do it for the future.

Already did that! Didn't help much.
