I started my computer yesterday, and it only shows the motherboard splash screen. After that, the screen goes completely black instead of booting into Windows. I can still access the BIOS and checked the boot order, which looks fine. I've also had issues with my Windows installation before—like the Microsoft Store not working and some UI buttons not responding—so I'm not sure if that could be part of this problem. I have important files on the computer and, coincidentally, my recent backup got corrupted, so I'm looking for a safe solution to get this sorted out.

The operating system could be buggy, or you may be using a faulty version. Reinstalling Windows might help solve this issue.
Here's a quick check: Boot up your computer, wait a couple of minutes, then unplug your monitor. Leave it unplugged for about 20 seconds, plug it back in, and see if it responds. Might help kick it into gear!
Have you tried disabling Fast Startup? You can do this by going to Control Panel -> Power Options -> Choose what the power buttons do, then look for the Fast Startup option and uncheck it if it’s available.
It sounds like your Windows installation might be corrupted. You could try to repair it, but it's not very likely to work. It might be worth considering a fresh installation if you can't get it booting properly.
That didn’t change anything unfortunately.
