I've got a Ryzen 7 5800X and a 5070 Ti with 32 GB of RAM, and I play Counter Strike 2 at 2k resolution. Despite my specs, I'm only getting between 150 and 200 FPS, which doesn't feel like a significant upgrade from my previous 6800 XT. My CPU is around 50% utilized and my GPU is about 40% utilized during gameplay, while I see others online hitting 300 to 600 FPS with similar setups. I've already tried several solutions like turning off hardware acceleration, clearing old drivers, updating my BIOS, ensuring power saving mode is off, checking my RAM frequency, making sure my Ryzen CPU is up to date, toggling Nvidia Reflex, and using various launch options. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you might be running into a CPU bottleneck, especially since your FPS didn't improve much after the GPU upgrade and your GPU isn't being fully utilized. This often means the CPU isn’t keeping up with the game's demands. You might want to check your CPU temperatures and see if it's throttling. Have you also tried adjusting in-game settings to see if that affects performance?
What’s your monitor's refresh rate? With a Ryzen 7 5800X, you shouldn’t be bottlenecking your 5070 Ti that much. If your monitor's refresh rate is low, it could cap your FPS output. It’d be worth checking if you’re not hitting that 240 Hz ceiling. Higher refresh rates can make a big difference!

I thought about that, but I've seen some YouTube tests where people with the same specs as mine are getting 300 to 600 FPS. It’s a bit confusing!
