Why is my CPU showing -1°C and shutting down?

Hey everyone, I recently built a system using an AM5 motherboard and a Ryzen 7700X processor. I've got 128GB of RAM, an 8GB Asus GPU, and an AIO cooler with eight fans in the case. Everything was running smoothly until about a week ago when the Ryzen software started displaying a -1°C temperature. After this, my system just shuts down. I've already updated all the BIOS and drivers. Does anyone have any clues about what might be going wrong? Thanks!

First off, check what the CPU temperature is in the BIOS and with HWINFO. If it’s showing a normal temperature in those places, the issue might be the motherboard or even the CPU itself. Also, make sure you've got the latest BIOS and chipset drivers installed.

In the BIOS, it's sitting around 34°C, and I’ve updated the BIOS and motherboard drivers already. I did notice it took a week for the motherboard to recognize the full 64GB of RAM I originally put in.
