So, I've got an Intel i7 9700, and at idle, with Discord and a few Chrome tabs open, my CPU temp sits around 50°C. But as soon as I launch Roblox, it skyrockets to between 90-100°C. I'm using the standard Intel stock cooler. Is this normal or should I be worried?

You might want to reapply thermal paste to your CPU. If that doesn’t help, it might be time to invest in a better cooling solution since stock coolers can struggle under load, especially during gaming.
Your CPU temps are pretty high due to the stock cooler. Think about upgrading to something more efficient like an aftermarket cooler. They generally handle heat much better.
Honestly, if you can’t get those temps down even after repasting, you might want to look into an AMD CPU next time. Their current models often run cooler and perform better under load.
The stock cooler isn't great, which explains the high temps. Also, consider the temperature of your room—if it’s hot, that can affect your CPU as well.
I just reapplied the paste too but I’m still seeing the same high temps. What else can I do?
