I've noticed that my new desktop is struggling with WiFi speeds compared to my other devices. Despite updating the BIOS and installing the latest WiFi card drivers for my TP-Link TL-WN881ND, I can't seem to get decent speeds. I've attached both antennas and restarted multiple times, yet the speeds only reach up to 50Mbps and never drop below 20Mbps. My old desktop used to handle up to 300Mbps, and my smartphone can even hit 600Mbps. What could be causing this issue?

I had the same TP-Link card, and honestly, it’s not great. If you try connecting to the 2.4GHz band using 802.11ax, it could even crash your PC. I ended up returning mine because it just couldn't handle it. For now, I'm using a wired connection until I grab a new Intel AX210 card.

That’s a bummer! I can’t go wired either, but I noticed that adjusting the antennas really helped. I managed to get my speeds up to 80Mbps by just changing their position. Might consider upgrading to a Cudy AX3000 soon.
