I'm having a lot of trouble with my dual boot setup. Every time I switch from Linux back to Windows, my system becomes unstable. Apps crash, games won't run, and my browser seems to malfunction. I can temporarily fix some issues but then I can't even boot into Linux because the boot option disappears. Both operating systems are installed on different hard drives, so I really don't get why this is happening.

I can't tell you for sure how to solve your Windows problems, but maybe sharing how you fix things when they break could help others too! I've heard Windows can remove the Linux boot option on its own sometimes.
First rule of dual boot club: never dual boot using the same hard drive because Windows can mess things up. Since you're already using separate drives, that shouldn't be the issue. You should be good to go without those headaches!
It sounds like you might need to check your GRUB settings and maybe reset your BIOS boot options. Also, if you have fast boot enabled, turn that off. Make sure your system is set to boot from the Linux distro that manages the GRUB menu.
