Hey folks, I'm really struggling with FIFA 26 on my PC. It's only managing to hit 75 FPS, and my graphics card is running at 100% utilization, which seems way off compared to other games like Minecraft or Battlefield 6 that run perfectly fine. Here's my setup for reference:
- Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 Super
- Ryzen 5 7600x
- 32 GB DDR5 5600MHz
- Windows 11
I've even reinstalled Windows twice, and during those times, the game ran smoothly at around 165 FPS with about 70% utilization. But after restarting my PC, the low FPS issue just comes back. I can't seem to find anyone else having this problem, so I'm hoping someone here might have a solution!

You should also verify your monitor's refresh rate settings. Sometimes the game and your monitor can get out of sync. Make sure to check what your monitor is set to and what’s being reported in-game. It can really affect your FPS.
First off, have you checked your temps? Sometimes overheating can throttle performance. It could be worth looking into. Also, since you have an AIO cooler, make sure everything is working correctly with that system. Just because the air feels cool doesn’t mean the components aren't running hot!

I haven't checked temps yet, but the exhaust air feels cooler than the room. Guess I’ll have to monitor it tomorrow!
