I'm having a frustrating issue with Google Chrome on my Windows 11 ROG Strix G513QY laptop. Whenever I open Chrome, the window is completely black and I can't click on anything. I've tried emptying the cache, disabling the GPU, and even uninstalling it, but nothing seems to work. I waited a long time for the uninstallation process, and it didn't go through either. What steps can I take to fix this?

Instead of deleting, you can rename the Chrome folder by going to %LOCALAPPDATA%Google and renaming it to Chrome.old. After that, check if everything starts working normally again.
You might want to try resetting Chrome to a fresh install. Hit Winkey + R and type in %LOCALAPPDATA%Google. From there, delete the Chrome folder and then restart Chrome to see if that helps!
I tried this, but I got an error saying the location is unavailable.
After I figured out what I was doing, I changed the file name and it went back to normal. Thank you!
