Why is my GPU usage low while gaming?

Hey everyone! I've been gaming on my PC, which has an i7 11700 processor and an RTX 3060 OC GPU. I noticed something odd while checking my FPS; my GPU usage never goes above 60%, even though the FPS isn't capped and typically stays around 50 FPS. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? Thanks in advance!

It sounds like your CPU might be bottlenecking your GPU performance. Lower GPU usage can often indicate that the CPU is the limiting factor, especially if you're playing a demanding game.

I was playing GTA V on max settings with high ray tracing.
