I've noticed that while gaming, my GPU usage only reaches about 15-25% and my CPU usage is around 40-50%. I have a 5070ti graphics card and an i7-12700f processor. I've tried using MSI Afterburner to monitor performance but the usage doesn't budge. My RAM is fast, and I have XMP enabled, yet I still can't pinpoint the issue. I even ran a 3DMark demo, but my score was only a third of the average, which further indicates something's off. I'm really looking for help to resolve this performance issue!

First off, what game are you playing and at what resolution? Sometimes, the settings can really impact usage. Also, check your CPU and GPU temperatures while you're gaming; overheating can throttle performance.
You might want to consider adjusting your game settings. Try setting the graphics to high or ultra and see if that raises your GPU usage. Playing at a resolution of 1440p can also help, even if you have to upscale from 1080p. Don't forget to clear your shader cache as that sometimes helps too!

I’ve tried various settings but the usage still doesn’t change. I’ve noticed it was the same with my previous 3060 too.
