I'm using a 5060 Ti with 8GB of RAM paired with an i5 14400F, and I've noticed that in games like GTA 5, my GPU usage hovers around 30% with a maximum power draw of just 70 watts. My CPU usage is also about 30%. It seems that every game I play doesn't push my power usage beyond 80 watts. Is this normal behavior, and should I be concerned?
