Hey everyone! I have an i7-10700KF, and I noticed that its maximum frequency is supposed to be 5.10GHz. However, when I check Task Manager, it only shows 3.80GHz. Is this normal? I also just did a 3D Mark CPU benchmark, and the max temperature I hit was 57 degrees with a utility of 84%. Is that okay? Sorry if this sounds like a silly question, and thanks in advance for your help!

Did you disable Turbo Boost in your BIOS? That would definitely keep your CPU from hitting its max frequency.
You might want to try running a single-core stress test to see if your CPU boosts higher. Sometimes it doesn’t hit peak frequencies unless it’s under specific loads.
I did turn it off, but my latest 3D Mark scores were way below average compared to previous benchmarks. My recent score was only 660-5928, whereas I usually get around 830-7300. What do you think I should do?
