I've noticed that a few days ago my computer's internet connection became really sluggish, while all my other devices are working perfectly fine. I'm connected via Ethernet, but it's now only sending and receiving data at around 50 kbps according to the task manager. I've already tried uninstalling the network drivers, switching out cables, and even bought a new PCIe network card, but none of that has solved the issue. Any ideas on what might be going wrong?

If you've tried different cables and a new network card, you might want to check if there are any limits set on your Ethernet connection in Windows settings. Another thing to consider is whether there's any software, like a firewall or VPN, that's slowing things down. This sometimes isn't obvious but can have a big impact on speed.
First thing I'd suggest is checking the Task Manager again. Specifically, head over to the network tab in the performance section to see if anything looks off. It's possible that some background process is hogging your bandwidth. Also, make sure your network drivers are fully updated; sometimes an outdated driver can cause issues like this.
