A friend recently bought a used PC that had some driver issues and other random errors. To fix it, I decided to do a full format using a Windows 11 USB boot for a clean install. I left the computer running overnight to complete the format, but now it's been about 10 hours and there's no signal coming from the monitor. The computer's lights and keyboard are powered on, but I can't see any progress. What could be going wrong?
