Why is my monitor showing “No Signal” after building my PC?

I just built my new computer using a Ryzen Pro B650M-B motherboard and a Radeon RX9060 XT GPU. Everything powers up, and all the LEDs on the motherboard light up, but my monitor is stuck on "No Signal" despite being connected via HDMI. I've rebooted several times, but no luck. The power supply is 750V, and the only cables not connected are SATA, Molex, and FDD because I only have an SSD at the moment. I also noticed some unconnected PCI-E cables and a label on the PSU saying VDG, which I'm unsure about. Additionally, there are some indicator lights on the motherboard: a red one for CPU, an orange one for DRAM, and two unlit ones for VDA and Boot. I couldn't find anything about these in the manual. Did I miss a connection or install something incorrectly?

What CPU are you using? Knowing the specific model can help figure out the issue since certain CPUs can have compatibility quirks with specific motherboards.

I installed an AMD Ryzen7 9700X with an Aura GL240 V2 liquid cooler.

The lights on your motherboard suggest something's off, particularly with the CPU and RAM. Make sure your RAM is seated properly; it should click into place. If it's secure, you might need to check for a BIOS update since newer AM5 chips can require one to boot with B650 boards. After that, confirm your CPU is in the right position and check for bent pins. If it still doesn’t boot, you might want to swap out hardware components to identify any faulty parts. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice! I actually found the issue by taking out one of the RAM sticks; the computer booted up fine. I’ll check what happens when I try to put it back in.
