Why Is My New Computer Showing No Display?

I recently purchased a new computer, and I'm having trouble getting it to display on my monitor. It was supposed to come with Windows 11 pre-installed, and I thought I just had to set it up, but nothing shows up on the screen. I have the specs available, and I'm really feeling stuck here. The only thing I know how to do is update the firmware, but I can't see anything to do that. I've also tried using the flash BIOS button on the back and both HDMI ports, but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure you connected your monitor to the graphics card and not the motherboard. Some CPUs don’t have integrated graphics, and if you connect it to the wrong port, it will result in a blank screen. Double-check both HDMI connections to ensure you're using the correct one.

First, take a look inside the computer to check the graphics card. When you power it on, see if there are any LED lights that signal errors—it can help with troubleshooting. If it looks loose from the move, try pulling it out and reseating it. Also, check what the LED error lights on your motherboard mean and snap a picture of any codes to share here.
