I just replaced my CPU and used the stock cooler that came with it. When I booted up my PC and checked the BIOS, I noticed the temperatures were in the 70s Celsius, and I'm not sure why it's getting so hot. The fans are working, but I need to know what could be causing this issue. Any suggestions or tips to address high CPU temperatures would be appreciated!

It sounds like you might have upgraded to a CPU that requires more power. Each CPU has different thermal requirements, and the stock cooler may not be sufficient for all models. If you moved from a lower-end model to something more powerful, a better cooling solution might be necessary.
That makes sense! I guess it’s time to look for a stronger cooler.
