Why is my new monitor’s resolution so pixelated?

I recently got a new computer along with two MSI PRO MP251W E2 monitors for streaming and content creation. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed by how pixelated the screen looks right from the start. I've tried adjusting settings, but nothing seems to improve it. Here are some details about my setup:

- **Computer Specs:**
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G (3.8GHz, up to 4.6GHz)
- Operating System: Genuine Windows
- Power Supply: 650W
- Memory: 32GB DDR4
- Storage: 1TB hard drive
- Integrated graphics (no dedicated graphics card)

- **Monitor Specs:**
- MSI PRO MP251W E2, 24.5-inch IPS, 1920 x 1080 (FHD), 120Hz, HDR Ready, multiple connectivity options.

I'm not very tech-savvy, but I'm wondering if the issue could be:
1. The monitors might not be good enough, and I need higher than 1080p.
2. The integrated graphics card isn't cutting it, and I might need a dedicated one.
3. My computer just isn't powerful enough for what I want to do.

Any advice would really help because I'm feeling pretty frustrated!

A 24" 1080p monitor shouldn’t look pixelated unless there's a settings issue. Have you gone into your advanced display settings to ensure the resolution and refresh rate are correctly set? It's worth double-checking that everything's optimized!

Yeah, I made sure they're all optimized. I've tried different combos of settings, but it hasn't helped.

Make sure you’ve got your motherboard, CPU, and GPU drivers installed. Also, confirm the resolution is set to 1080p. Sometimes the drivers can make a big difference!

Yes, all drivers are installed and the resolution is indeed set to 1080p.

Also, try disabling HDR if it's enabled. Sometimes HDR can throw off resolutions on certain monitors.

A 1080p 24-inch display has lower pixel density by today’s standards. If you’re used to high-resolution screens on mobile devices, this could definitely feel underwhelming!

Good to know, thanks for the insight!

Could you post a screenshot of your display settings? It might help us pinpoint the issue better.
