Why is my new PC acting so unreliable?

I've had my PC since August, and it has been a constant source of frustration. It frequently crashes or freezes without warning, especially when I'm using applications or playing games like The Witcher. I often check the 'Windows Event Log', and it shows live kernel events, blue screens when starting up, and issues related to DLL libraries. However, when I run health scans or restore processes, it always says 'everything is fine' even though I'm clearly facing multiple issues. I'm considering reinstalling Windows and the drivers, but I want to troubleshoot and fix it myself first before consulting a specialist who might tell me it's a minor fix I could manage on my own. Here's my build: Windows 11 64-bit, Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060, ADATA Legend 800 SSD, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, Asus TUF GAMING B650M-PLUS, Endorfy Fera 5 CPU cooler, Chieftec Polaris 650W power supply, and Kingston Fury Beast RAM.

I’d suggest running a RAM test before reinstalling anything. Try using Memtest86+ loaded on a USB stick; boot from it and leave the test running overnight. Random crashes and blue screens can often be a sign of faulty RAM, so it’s worth checking that out.

It sounds like a driver issue could be the main problem here. I’d recommend downloading the latest drivers for all your components from the manufacturers’ websites, especially for your Asus motherboard and Nvidia GPU. Keeping those updated can really help with stability and performance. Check those first before you do anything drastic like reinstalling Windows!

Before you consider a full Windows reinstall, take a closer look at the errors in your event log. If you're seeing a lot of blue screens, using a tool like WinDbg could help you pinpoint the issues. Dell has a helpful guide on how to interpret mini dump files if you need some direction.
