Why is my new RTX 5060 not posting?

I recently upgraded my GPU from a GTX 1650 4GB to an ASUS Prime RTX 5060 Ti 16GB. After installing the new card, I'm having issues because my PC isn't posting. The PSU, which is a Corsair 80+ Bronze 750W semi-modular model, spins up along with the fans on the GPU, but I only see a dark blue screen from all display outputs. I've tried updating the BIOS and reinstalling the GPU, but no success. Here are my specs: 16GB DDR4 RAM, an Intel Xeon E5-1620 4-core processor running at 3.5 GHz, and a Samsung Evo 1TB SATA SSD. I'm using Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates. Any suggestions to get this working?

Have you tried putting your old GTX card back in? If that works fine, it could indicate an issue with the new RTX card itself or compatibility with your system.

What motherboard are you using? Sometimes, specific PCIe slots can be problematic, so it's worth checking if you have another slot to test the 5060 on. Also, knowing the exact name of your CPU could help in troubleshooting further.
