Why Is My PC Crashing After Installing a New GPU?

I recently upgraded my Omen 25L desktop with a PNY 4060 GPU, and while it worked fine the first night playing Warzone, it started crashing today after just 3-4 minutes of usage. The screen freezes without any blue screen errors. I'm using a 500W power supply, so I'm wondering if that's the issue or if something else might be going on.

Nvidia actually recommends a minimum of 550W power supply for the 4060. You might want to consider upgrading your power supply to ensure it meets the GPU's demands.

I thought 500W should suffice since it's an 8GB model. But I noticed that when I remove the glass side panel, it doesn't freeze. Could there be a grounding issue from the power connector rubbing against the glass?
