I've noticed that every time I start my PC, one of the fans makes a really loud noise for a few minutes before it quiets down. My case is a Mars Gaming MCA, if that helps narrow it down. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

You might want to open up your case and check where the sound is coming from. When you say it makes a lot of noise but then it stops, is it that the noise goes away, or does that fan just stop spinning? Sometimes fans with damaged bearings can start off loud and then become quiet or stop altogether.
