Hey everyone, I need some help here. I've been using this PC that my late aunt built for a while now, and everything was fine until today. When I turned it on and tried to connect a metal USB to transfer some files, I started getting electric shocks when I tried to remove it. It gets worse—when I tried to jailbreak my iPhone 7 Plus using this PC, pressing the home button also gave me shocks! This PC seemed perfectly fine before, so I'm not sure what's going on. Any ideas?

It sounds like static electricity could be the culprit, especially if you have carpet or a mat in your room. When you walk on those surfaces, it builds up static and can transfer to your PC. You might want to consider using an anti-static wrist strap or make sure to ground yourself before touching any components.
It seems like your PC might not be properly grounded. This could be an issue with the outlet you're using. I've read similar stories where the lack of grounding caused shocks. You should definitely check if the outlet is grounded properly, or try plugging your PC into a different outlet.
