I've had my PC for a couple of years, and it typically performs well. However, I've started experiencing significant lag and screen tearing while playing games like Marvel Rivals and Genshin Impact. I've tried lowering the graphics settings in-game but the issues persist. My internet speed is good—around 700-800 Mbps on both Ethernet and Wi-Fi, so that shouldn't be a concern. Here's my setup: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, RAM: 16 GB, GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070, SSD: 232GB, HDD: 2TB, Motherboard: Asrock B450M Steel Legend, and I'm using an LG 32GK850G 32-inch 144Hz monitor.

You might want to consider upgrading your SSD or switching to an NVMe drive. Try installing Marvel Rivals on the SSD to see if performance improves.

Are you saying the game's lag could be because it's on the HDD instead of the SSD?
