Hey everyone, I'm having some trouble with my RAM usage. My PC is reporting that it's only utilizing 5.71GB out of the 8GB I have installed. I've tried various solutions but nothing seems to work. For context, my laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad S145 with an AMD Ryzen 5-3500U CPU and an AMD Vega 8 GPU. It's fairly new and hasn't been opened before. Any insights would be appreciated!

Try this quick fix: Open your search bar, type "msconfig" and hit Enter. Go to the "Boot" tab, then click on "Advanced options". Check the "Maximum Memory" box, apply the changes, and restart your computer. That might help!
It's completely normal not to use all the RAM. If your system did, it could lead to significant performance issues. Your PC needs some free RAM for other tasks, so don’t worry too much about it.
Your issue might be linked to your integrated GPU (iGPU), which is part of the CPU. This means your system is sharing some of your RAM with the graphics. Unfortunately, that can limit your usable memory unless you upgrade the RAM itself.
You actually don’t want your system to hog all the RAM; that could mess with performance. It needs some available memory for any new tasks or processes.
