Why is my PC showing a black screen with no BIOS?

Hey everyone, I'm having a serious issue with my PC. It powers on just fine—lights are on, and the coolers are running—but there's no BIOS screen showing up. When I hit the power button to reboot, the system shuts off immediately without the need to hold the button. I'm starting to think it might not even be booting to the BIOS.

I've tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps already: I replaced one of my RAM sticks, removed the CMOS battery for 5-10 minutes multiple times, disconnected all my HDDs and SSDs, and reseated my graphics card. I even inspected the motherboard for any visible damage, but there's nothing wrong that I can see. I'm really stumped and could use some advice. Thanks!

Have you checked your specs? It might help to know what hardware you're working with. Sometimes compatibility issues can cause a black screen like that.

Yeah, I have an RX 470, a Xeon 1220v2, 8GB of RAM, and two HDDs (256GB and 512GB) along with a 256GB SSD.
