Why is my PC showing no signal when trying to access BIOS?

I'm having a strange issue with my PC. It started acting up not too long ago, but overall I can still use it normally. The real problem is when I try to access the BIOS or see the motherboard logo during boot—it just goes blank, and it's like I'm stuck in a blindfolded state. I'm not sure how to fix this! Would just quitting the BIOS work? I've already tried hard resets, RAM resets, and even a CMOS reset, but nothing seems to help. Any advice would be great!

Have you checked what motherboard you're using and how your connections are set up? Sometimes it helps to clarify that.

I'm using a Gigabyte Z590 D. Not sure what details I should provide about how it's connected, sorry!
