I recently upgraded my GPU to a new Nvidia model and used DDU to uninstall the old drivers. However, now I'm facing some significant issues. When I try to install the new drivers, my PC either shuts down, shows a blue screen of death, or fails to boot properly afterward. After these restarts, it often displays a system boot failure message. I've tried changing the BIOS settings to prioritize the disk with the system on it, but the problem persists. The PC doesn't appear to be overheating, and it only works again after performing a hard restart using the power button. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

It sounds like you're having a tough time. First off, make sure to collect any crash dump files after the blue screens. These dumps can really help pinpoint the issue. You can find them in the C:WindowsMinidump folder. If you can access Windows normally or through Safe Mode, zip that folder and upload it to a file sharing site that works, as some are blacklisted on certain platforms. If you only have one or no dump files, I'd recommend following this guide to change your system's dump settings so you can gather more data moving forward.
Just checking, have you thought about rolling back to Windows 7? Some users find that newer hardware doesn't play nicely with Windows 10. I know it sounds odd, but it might be worth looking into if you're stuck. Let me know if you're already on Windows 10!
