Why is my PC shutting down shortly after I turn it on?

Hey everyone! I recently cleaned my old PC because I'm passing it on to my brother, but ever since I reassembled it, the computer powers on briefly with lights and fans running, then it shuts down and restarts after about 20 seconds. I've included a video showcasing the start-up issues. Is this something I should just take to a professional, or could I be missing something simple?

It sounds like your RAM might not be seated properly. Just because the lights are on doesn’t always mean everything is securely connected. Make sure to check if your RAM modules are clicked in all the way. If they’re not, that could definitely cause the shutdown.

I pulled the RAM out and reseated them several times, and it seems like one of them is dead. After removing that stick, everything started working fine!
