Why is My PC Turning On but Not Displaying Anything?

I built my PC less than a year ago, and now I'm facing an issue where it turns on, but there's no display. The GPU light is on, the case RGB is lighting up, and the fans are running correctly. Here are my specs: AMD 7600X3D, ASUS TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI, G Skill Flare X5 32GB, a Gigabyte 4070ti GPU, and I recently switched from a Corsair RM750x to a Thermaltake 850W PSU. I've already reseated the RAM and GPU, got a brand new power supply, reset the CMOS, and even tried using the integrated GPU, but nothing seems to work. The only indicator light I see is a static green light on the motherboard.

Does your system even POST? Try turning on your monitor after powering the PC. I had a similar issue before where the system wouldn’t POST if the monitor was already on.

Start with just one RAM stick to see if that helps. It could be a dead RAM stick or memory controller issue. Make sure you also swap power cables from the new PSU, and clear the CMOS while you're at it. It's worth disconnecting any extra devices too, just to be safe.

Have you checked the display cable? Sometimes a faulty cable can be the culprit. Also, try using a different monitor to see if that helps! Check for any error lights on your motherboard too, those can provide some clues.
