I've got a CyberPowerPC Gamer Master with an AMD Ryzen 5 5500, 16GB RAM, and an Intel Arc A580 GPU, but my download speeds are ridiculously slow. My sister, who's got the same setup, is hit with 250MBPS, while mine crawls at just 10s MBPS. We've checked all the antennas connected to my PC. She's just a bit closer to the router than I am. When I play CSGO, my ping is around 900 in my own state! However, my Xbox S is connected directly and gets around 20 ping during Rainbow Six Siege. I suspect there's something wrong with my PC, not the WiFi. Any suggestions would be amazing!

Try connecting your laptop directly to the router via Ethernet to test the connection. If it works fine, maybe your drivers need an update or there’s some other issue going on.
Are you by any chance using Chrome? Sometimes browsers can slow down download speeds if they're not optimized or if they're running too many extensions.
Check what Windows is reporting as your link rate. Are you using band steering, or does your 5GHz band have a separate SSID? Sometimes those settings can affect the speed.
If you can't use Ethernet, consider trying a different Wi-Fi adapter or a power line adapter. It might help improve your connection.
