I've noticed a buzzing sound coming from my power supply, and it happens even when my PC is completely turned off. The power supply is just a month old, and I don't remember hearing this kind of noise from my previous builds. It's a Seasonic FOCUS GX-1000-V4, 1000W.

You should reach out to the retailer where you bought it as soon as possible. It could be a sign of a defective unit, and it's better to be safe than sorry!

Thanks, I will! Just to clarify again, it's a buzzing sound, nothing crackling.

That buzzing sound could indicate a problem, potentially something related to arcing—not good news! I’d definitely keep an eye on it.

I appreciate your input! Just to clarify, it sounds more like buzzing than crackling or arcing.
