I'm currently playing Dragon's Dogma 2 at 2K resolution with low graphics settings. The game shows that my graphics memory (VRAM) is at 4.72GB out of 11.08GB available. However, my system has 16GB of RAM and Task Manager indicates that Dragon's Dogma 2 is using 93% of my RAM. How can that be?

It looks like you’re mixing up two types of RAM: VRAM (video RAM) and system RAM. The 4.72GB/11.08GB refers to your VRAM, while the 93% usage indicates how much of your system RAM is being used. They serve different purposes. VRAM is specifically for graphics, whereas system RAM is for everything your computer needs to run tasks.

Got it! But is there a way to decrease the game’s system RAM usage? 93% seems extreme, and it makes my computer freeze during gameplay.
