Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my system and installed an RTX 5070 Ti alongside an HX850 PSU and an ASRock B650 PRO RS motherboard with a Ryzen 9 7900 CPU. However, when I run the Heaven benchmark, the FPS initially drops to around 2 before climbing up to only about 30 FPS. This seems really low for such a powerful GPU. I've checked the basics like drivers, resolution settings, and temperatures, but the issue still persists. Could this be related to my PSU, the PCIe slot speed (like whether it's running at x4 instead of x16), or something entirely different? What should I inspect next to pinpoint the real bottleneck? I appreciate any assistance!

Make sure to use GPU-Z to check if your GPU is running on the full x16 PCIe lanes. While you're benchmarking, you should also monitor the GPU clock speed, temperatures, and power draw to gather more data.
That performance seems way off for your setup—it’s like 95% less than what you'd typically expect. Your GPU frequency looks fine, but I recommend downloading HWMonitor. It provides detailed reports on temps, utilization, and wattage so you can figure out what's bottlenecking your performance during benchmarks.
First things first, check where your display cable is plugged in. This can often be overlooked, and it's a critical step when troubleshooting performance issues.

Got it, I'll look into HWMonitor!
