Why is my RX 6800 underperforming during benchmarks?

Hey everyone! I recently upgraded my PC with a Ryzen 7 5700X, an MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk motherboard, and an RX 6800 GPU. Everything seems to be running smoothly, but I'm getting some strange results. In Userbenchmark, I'm only seeing 20 FPS, which doesn't seem right. I tried playing Fortnite, and I got about 100 FPS there, which feels more like what I should be getting. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I've already tried looking for solutions, but I'm not sure what to do next! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It’s best not to trust Userbenchmark too much; a lot of people have complained about its accuracy and reliability. Have you tried other benchmarking software? I usually stick with 3DMark or Cinebench, and there are also some in-game benchmarks you can check out, like the one in Black Myth: Wukong, which is free! That might give you a better idea of how your hardware is really performing.

Thanks for the suggestion! I downloaded 3DMark, and it gave me a score of 22 FPS. I also played Fortnite on high settings and got 111 FPS, which seems more in line with what I expected.
