Hey everyone, I just upgraded from a 2070 Super to an RX 9070 XT Nitro+, but now I'm facing a frustrating black screen issue. Here's my setup: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC motherboard, 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 RAM, and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor. When I power up my PC, the GPU lights up and the fans are running, but I can't get any display output, even after switching the DisplayPort from the GPU to the motherboard. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a way to troubleshoot this?

For the BIOS update, you might need to temporarily format your USB drive to 32GB to use FAT32. You can do this through Windows Disk Management. First, delete any existing partitions, create a new simple volume of 32GB, and format it. This way, you can update the BIOS. Once done, you can revert the USB to its original size.

Since your CPU doesn't have integrated graphics, that’s why you're getting no display. Make sure you completely removed the old drivers before switching cards. If your setup works fine with the 2070 still installed, that indicates a problem with the RX 9070 XT or its setup.

First off, make sure your motherboard’s BIOS is updated because that can often solve compatibility issues. Also, check your power supply model; you should be using at least three separate power cables to connect to the RX 9070 XT for optimal performance. If your PSU has a native 12VHPWR connection, try using that instead. It could make all the difference!
