I have an HP Pavilion Gaming laptop with an RTX 3050, and I'm facing serious overheating issues with my Ryzen 7 5800H. The CPU hits a scorching 100°C! I've already replaced the thermal paste twice — the temps were normal for about a week each time, but then it overheats again and starts thermal throttling. As for my GPU, it doesn't drop below 72°C, no matter what I do. I apologize if my English isn't great!

How old is your laptop? Sometimes older machines can have dust buildup that causes heating issues. Regular cleaning might help!
I got it in 2021, so it's about 4 years old.
