I'm running Arch Linux with KDE and have two monitors connected—one through DisplayPort (DP) and the other via HDMI. My DP monitor can go up to 120 FPS, but the HDMI one is capped at 60 FPS. If I set the refresh rates differently, the DP monitor becomes unusable. I'm using a GTX 3050, and I'm worried this might be causing the issue.

Are you using X11 or Wayland? X11 struggles with multiple monitors set to different refresh rates, so I suggest switching to Wayland. If you're still having issues on Wayland, try turning off Variable Refresh Rate (VRR); it might not be working correctly.
Yeah, how exactly do I go about disabling VRR on Wayland? Is it in the KDE settings? That would really help!
If you're on Wayland, just head to your display settings to disable VRR. It's usually straightforward to find.
