Hey everyone! I recently built a new PC and everything was going smoothly until I reached the stage where I needed to install Windows. After following the setup instructions, my PC restarted for the first time, and instead of booting up as expected, it took me directly to the BIOS. I checked the boot drive list, and my drive isn't even showing up there. I did some troubleshooting by checking the boot files on the drive and everything seems fine. I even tried switching the M.2 ports, but no luck. Just to note, my BIOS is up to date, and I'm using an MSI B650M Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard. Any help would be appreciated!

First, check what's listed in your boot drive options. You should look for something like Windows Boot Manager or Boot Loader—choose that if it’s available. If it’s not showing up, make sure your NVMe drive is recognized in UEFI BIOS. If it’s not showing there, you might need to reseat the NVMe. Also, take a peek at the 3.3v voltage in the BIOS menu. If it's low or in the red, try making sure the motherboard's 24-pin power connector is firmly seated. A low voltage could indicate that your PSU might need replacing. Lastly, look for the boot override option and set the NVMe drive as the first priority!
Yeah, it could be the CPU voltage, but focus on the 3.3v in the BIOS first. If that’s not good, you'll need to troubleshoot your power supply.
I checked the boot list and I don't see anything like that. Is the voltage I should be checking the CPU core voltage?
