I've been experiencing some serious sluggishness with my Windows 11 laptop. The startup process takes almost half an hour, and while I can eventually use it, it's still quite slow, especially considering I only run basic applications like Chrome, WhatsApp, and Excel. Here are my specs:
- CPU: 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1155G7 @ 2.5GHz
- Memory: 16GB (which always seems to be fully utilized)
- Disk: 512 GB SSD (RAID configuration)
- GPU: Intel Iris XE Graphics
Any advice on how I can improve the speed?

Is your RAID setup a single disk? That configuration can be limited and might be slowing you down. If you're not the technical type, any chance you could get someone to help tune it up?
Resetting your PC might help! I do it at least once a year to keep performance in check. Just make sure you back up your important data first; you wouldn’t want to lose anything!
Good point! Just to clarify, will the Windows drivers stay intact after a reset?
Your memory usage is really high at 98%, which can cause your computer to slow down significantly. You might want to check the Performance tab in your Task Manager. It can be helpful to see how your RAM is being used. If you're unsure, there are some tools like RAMMap and PoolMon that can help analyze your memory usage, but they might require some technical know-how.

I'm not really tech-savvy, but I'm open to suggestions for making my laptop faster!
