I'm really struggling with my Windows 11 PC right now! It randomly disconnected from the internet and now it shows 'No Internet, Secured,' even though it's still connected to my Wi-Fi. I've tried everything I can think of, including bringing my laptop right next to the router, but nothing works. I've watched tons of troubleshooting videos and I'm seriously at my wit's end. Can someone please help me out here?

It sounds frustrating! First things first, try rebooting your modem and router. Sometimes, there could be a temporary outage from your ISP that causes these issues. If that doesn't help, check if your Wi-Fi adapter is properly recognized in Device Manager. Right-click the Start Menu, select Device Manager, then look under 'Network Adapters' to see if your wireless device is listed. If you can see it, let me know the model so we can dive deeper!
It might also help to check if there’s an outage with your ISP. Sometimes they experience brief disruptions that can mess with your connection. It’s worth looking up your provider and seeing if they’ve reported any issues in your area. If not, you might need to consider reinstalling your network drivers, which can often fix these kinds of glitches.
I’ll check for outages! Haven't thought of that. Thanks!
If you have CenturyLink or Quantum Fiber, there can be specific settings that affect connectivity. Make sure your modem is configured correctly. If everything seems fine on that end, I'd recommend resetting your network settings as a last resort. Just be aware that this will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, so you’ll need to set them up again.
Overall, without more specific issues, I’d say try checking your adapter settings, look into any possible ISP outages, and potentially reinstall some drivers if they’re not up to date. Keep us posted if anything changes!
Also, you mentioned you've tried a lot already, but double-check your backup settings. It's good practice to have those ready in case something happens while you’re making changes. Just in case you need to reset or format your device, better safe than sorry!
Thanks! I've rebooted everything, but the adapter's not showing. What should I do next?
