I recently installed a CORSAIR Nautilus 360 RS ARGB Liquid CPU Cooler, and I noticed that one of the pumps isn't operational while the other seems fine. I've already reapplied thermal paste and confirmed that the pump cable is connected to system pump 1, but it's still not working. Before I consider purchasing a replacement, is there anything else I should check?

Just to add, if you've confirmed that the pump isn’t working at all, a quick way to check is to feel the tubes. If one is hot while the other is cold, then the pump is likely more than just defective. If everything's connected properly and it's still not working, then it might be worth contacting Corsair support or considering a new unit.
It sounds like you might be confusing the pump with the fans! This cooler has a single pump that circulates the coolant, so definitely make sure you’re not thinking it has multiple pumps. If the pump is silent and not moving water, it could be faulty. Before buying a new one, try disconnecting and reconnecting the pump's cable. Sometimes reseating the connection can help. Also, check your motherboard settings to see if the pump is detected properly.
