Why is Windows Saying My PC Doesn’t Meet Minimum Requirements?

I just built my first PC and it successfully boots up, but I'm running into an issue where Windows is telling me that my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. I've already tried enabling TPM and secure boot in the BIOS, plus I disabled CSM, but nothing seems to work. The exact error message states, "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements." Can anyone help me out with this? Here's my PCPartPicker link for reference: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/McgLxg.

Did you do a clean install of Windows or are you trying to upgrade from an old system? If you could post a screenshot of your BIOS settings, that might help us identify the issue better!

I did a clean install using the Windows 11 media installation tool on a blank USB. Not sure how to share screenshots here, though.

Honestly, you might need to upgrade your motherboard if it doesn't support those requirements. Just a thought!

Make sure that TPM 2.0 is enabled in your BIOS. Some BIOS setups don't label it as TPM 2.0, so you might find it under a different name, like ASP fTPM. Double-check that setting to ensure it’s active.

I noticed that my Aorus BIOS doesn't specifically mention TPM 2.0, but I did enable the ASP fTPM option.
