I downloaded an app, but it won't launch. I've confirmed that it's safe and have allowed access through Windows Defender. Even when I try running it as an administrator, it doesn't show up in the task manager. It appears in my download history, but it feels like it's installed but just not running. Any ideas on what I could do?
