Why isn’t my BIOS recognizing any connected devices?

I was tinkering with some settings on my Windows system, and after I rebooted, the BIOS stopped recognizing any connected devices. Has anyone experienced this issue and can help me figure out how to resolve it? It should display all connected devices like USB drives and hard drives, but nothing shows up right now.

Try reversing whatever changes you made in Windows. If your BIOS isn't recognizing any devices, that could fix the issue.

Unfortunately, if the BIOS isn't detecting any devices, you won't be able to access Windows or troubleshoot from there. It's crucial that the BIOS recognizes those devices first. Did you check all cables and connections?

It sounds like you might need to clarify what you mean by "tinkering with settings." Are you referring to system settings or something within Windows itself? Also, which devices are not showing up in the BIOS that you expect to be recognized?
