I'm having trouble with my keyboard—when I press any keys, nothing happens. I can't type in the login box or use the enter key at all. I do see the number lock light turn on when I press keys, but it turns off just a second later. My RAM and memory are in good shape, but I'm not sure what else could be causing this. My PC is pretty old and I'm considering replacing it soon, but I'd like to fix this issue so I can continue using it for now.

Have you tried connecting your keyboard to one of the USB ports on the back of your PC? Sometimes the front ports can be a bit finicky, and the back ones provide a more stable connection.
If using the back ports doesn't solve the problem, it might be worth trying a different keyboard altogether. The issue could be related to the keyboard itself!
