I'm building my first PC with a Tomahawk B850 motherboard and a 7700x CPU. After finishing the setup, I downloaded the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool onto a USB drive. However, when I try to boot from the USB in the boot loader menu, the screen goes black for a moment and then returns to the same menu. I've set the USB drive as the primary boot option in the BIOS, and it's recognized by the system. I've also attempted to use the AMD drivers from the MSI website with no success. I'm not very experienced with this and would appreciate any advice on how to get this working.

Do you have CSM (Compatibility Support Module) enabled? If not, make sure your system is running in UEFI mode, as that’s usually required for Windows 11 to boot properly.
Have you tried recreating the Windows USB drive? During boot, press the F11 key to select the USB drive explicitly and check if it's set to UEFI mode in the BIOS. Sometimes just a simple reformat of the USB drive can help too.
