I'm having trouble getting the microphone on my Sades Mpower Angel Edition headset to work. It connects to my laptop using a headphone jack that's supposed to handle both audio out and mic input. While the speakers work fine, the mic doesn't show up at all in my input devices. I'm not very tech-savvy, so if the solution is simple, I'd appreciate some gentle guidance!

What laptop model are you using? It sounds like the headphone jack on your laptop might only be for output. If that’s the case, you might need a jack to USB converter to get the mic working.
Got it! Just so you know, it should support both input and output. Since you're having this issue and no one else seems to, it might be an issue with the headset itself.
